ASTON MARTIN mesmerizes Dubai as the VANQUISH DESCENDS ON BURJ AL ARAB for its centenary celebrations, truly ASTON MARTIN exquisite style.
Many witnessed the airlift of the amazing heartfelt craftsmanship VANQUISH and placed on the helipad of the truly luxurious iconic BURJ AL ARAB, the sail shaped hotel and standing 1000ft tall, with the honorary attendance by the highly respected Royal Family Members and Dr. Ulrich Bez - Aston Martin CEO.
An extremely challenging feat performed first time in the Dubai, the Vanquish swaying in mid-air, as the pilot gracefully negotiates the heavy crosswinds, and placed the Vanquish on the helipad, the fourth tallest hotel in the world. A truly remarkable and phenomenal event the world witnessed.
Speaking from the helipad, Aston Martin CEO Dr Ulrich Bez said: 'It is with great pride that we continue our centenary celebrations in such unique manner in the city of Dubai.
"Today we are achieving another world first – one of many for Aston Martin over the years. This is a true feat for Aston Martin and a fantastic way to begin a new century of global success for our iconic brand."
The Vanquish which is hand built is equipped with a naturally aspirated 6 litre V12 engine having an output of 565hp with a top speed of 183mph and can achieve a 0-62mph in 4.1secs.
Dr Ulrich added: 'Aston Martin remains one of the most exclusive and sought-after brands in the world, so it is only right that a key element of our year-long centenary celebrations takes place in a similarly high profile destination.'

To commemorate the Centenary celebrations, Aston Martin has
introduced exclusive Centenary Editions of the V8 Vantage, DB9, Rapide and
Vanquish, limited to 100 of each, available globally.
As The New Aston Martin Vanquish reached new heights, the
performance of the company will too reach new heights as more demanding bespoke
luxury auto enthusiasts are preferring Aston Martins.
A year-long celebration of its centenary are planned in London,
called the Aston Martin festival, starting with a week-long Aston Martin
festival which will take place from 15 July to 21 July 2013 for its owners and
enthusiasts. Open House activities at the Aston Martin's exclusive Gaydon
headquarters, with factory-based events and driving tours and a humongous
1,000-guest birthday party on Saturday 20 July 2013 and a fabulous Centenary
gathering in central London on Sunday 21 July 2013. The centenary celebrations
will have partners such as the Aston Martin Heritage Trust and the Aston Martin
Owners Club and will feature 100 of the brand's most heritage and iconic cars,
truly a British cultural event.
All VVIP’s were taken to the Majlis Al Bahar Beach Garden area
where they witnessed the Vanquish placed on the helipad and later in the
evening the celebrations continued at the World Luxury Expo venue at the Burj
al Arab.
